日前中國內地有人假冒 OMNI Nightclub 品牌名稱、標識及內容，為維護 OMNI Nightclub 及消費者權益，我們特此嚴正聲明：

OMNI Nightclub 是由位於台灣台北的 theLOOP Inc. 團隊一手打造出的夜間娛樂文化品牌及創新概念，OMNI Nightclub 無論在室內設計及舞台聲光效果皆在國際間獲獎無數。OMNI Nightclub 目前並沒有在中國內地設置分店，或與中國內地任一企業有品牌授權的合作，任何在中國內地開設的 OMNI Nightclub 均為他人非法仿冒，與台灣台北 OMNI Nightclub 及母企業 theLOOP Inc. 均無任何關係，特此聲明。

There have been several incidents of counterfeit OMNI Nightclub brand names, logos, and contents, claiming to be the genuine OMNI brand from theLOOP Inc., Taipei, Taiwan expanding into Mainland China.

OMNI Nightclub is a nightlife entertainment brand and concept created by theLOOP Inc. based in Taipei, Taiwan. OMNI Nightclub has won numerous interior design, stage sound and lighting design awards around the world.

To protect legitimate rights of OMNI Nightclub and interests of our consumers, we solemnly state: OMNI Nightclub currently has NO branch establishment nor authorized business partner in the mainland China region. Any self-proclaimed “OMNI Nightclub” in any city within mainland China is illegally counterfeited and has no relationship with OMNI Nightclub and theLOOP Inc. in Taipei, Taiwan.

先日中国本土で Omni Nightclub のブランド名そしてロゴ、コンテンツを偽造した事件が発生致しました。 Omni Nightclub と消費者権利保護の為、此処で厳粛な声明をさせて頂きます：

OMNI Nightclub は台湾台北 theLOOP Inc. が作り上げた革新的なコンセプト、そして夜のエンターテイメント文化ブランドであり、OMNI Nightclub の室内設計そして音響・照明効果は全て国際的に無数の受賞を獲得しました。

Omni Nightclub 今現在中国本土での支店は出しておりません。或いは中国本土のどの企業ともブランド提携はしておりません。中国本土のすべての都市で開設された Omni Nightclub はすべて違法偽造であり、台北台湾 Omni Nightclub 及び親会社の the LOOP Inc. とはすべて無関係です。

최근 중국 본토에서 OMNI Nightclub 브랜드 명칭、표기 및 내용등을 도용하는 일이 발생하여  OMNI Nightclub 및 소비지권리를 보호하고자 공식적표명을 이와같이함：

OMNI Nightclub은 대만 타이페이에 본사를 둔 theLOOP Inc.에서 만든 나이트 라이프 엔터테인먼트 브랜드 및 컨셉입니다. OMNI Nightclub 은 전 세계적으로 수많은 인테리어 디자인, 무대 사운드 및 조명 디자인 상을 수상했습니다. OMNI Nightclub 은 현제 중국 본토 어디에도 체인점을 오픈하지 않았으며, 또한 중국 본토에있는 기업에서 라이센스를 취득하여 협업을 하지않았다. 혹여 중국 본토에 OMNI Nightclub 이 있다면 모두 이미테이션이 확실하며 타이페이 OMNI Nightclub 및 theLOOP Inc. 과 아무런 과련이 없다는것을 여기서 공식 표명한다.
